Places for Barnet is established to deliver much needed housing and community assets for the borough. Work on the vision for Cherry Tree Quarter commenced.

Initial surveys of the site are undertaken and some feasibility work is completed.

Commencement of concept design proposals to help inform consultation.

Public consultation on the plans for the future of the site with the area's residents, businesses and stakeholders.

Following further consultation with local stakeholders, start to prepare more detailed planning drawings and obtain wider input from a team of specialist consultants.
