Our proposals aim to deliver around 70 new homes. The plans will also provide a new space for the nursery on the site, together with a central landscaped courtyard. In addition, we will introduce a new delightful entrance to Cherry Tree Wood.
Cherry Tree Quarter offers a unique opportunity to celebrate an important gateway location in East Finchley. The project is a human-scale urban development that will combine a powerful sense of its own community with inviting, open connections to the local neighbourhood.
